How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Alberttreating Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Alberttreating Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Alberttreating Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@alberttreating.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
